Fast Response Time
Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We make every eﬀort to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 – 48 hours (however most users receive a response much sooner!)
DataPool ™ User support is available via email and our online ticket system, which may be accessed via the DataPool™ software application. Clients may also access our online resource center, the "DataPool Toolbox," 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The DataPool Toolbox is packed with informative documents and materials, such as answers to commonly asked questions, easy to follow step-by-step instructions, and tutorial videos.
Additionally, CDR hosts online Oﬃce Hours once every month. DataPool Users are encouraged to drop by ‘Oﬃce Hours’ and ask questions, as well as receive live support.
