Fast Response Time
Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We make every effort to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 – 48 hours (however most users receive a response much sooner!)
CANSA app ™ User support is available via email and our online ticket system, which may be accessed via the CANSA app™ software application. Clients may also access our online resource center, the "CANSA app Toolbox," 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The CANSA app Toolbox is packed with informative documents and materials, such as answers to commonly asked questions, easy to follow step-by-step instructions, and tutorial videos.

Additionally, CDR hosts online Office Hours once every month. CANSA app Users are encouraged to drop by ‘Office Hours’ and ask questions, as well as receive live support.
